Your journey starts in Kandy where you’ll stop at Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage. This place helps protect wild Asian elephants. Next, you’ll go to Kandy’s Sacred Temple of Tooth Relic. You’ll also see a traditional dance show in the evening. Later, you’ll explore a workshop and gem museum in Kandy. At the end, you’ll take a nice walk-through of Kandy’s Royal Botanical Gardens.
You will go to Nuwara Eliya on the fourth day. As you travel, you will see the famous Ramboda Falls which falls between two rock levels. After that, you will visit a tea factory. You will learn how tea is made while going on a tour of the beautiful tea estates. At the end of the day, you will go to Nuwara Eliya. The cool weather there will feel nice!
On Day 5, you will take an exhilarating train journey from Ella through stunning scenery. During your day in Ella, you can look forward to an exciting expedition that begins with a hike up Little Adams Peak, which provides breathtaking views along the way. You will also visit the well-known Nine Arches Bridge; these locations are ideal for collecting memories that will last a lifetime! That’s not all; you’ll be a part of an excellent cooking lesson!
Today you start the journey to Galle. There you get on a thrilling Jeep Safari ride to the Udawalawe National Park. This park has lots of different plants and animals. It is the third most popular park in Sri Lanka. Driving through the park, you will see many kinds of plants and creatures. After exploring the park, you can visit the Galle Dutch Fort, a special place protected by UNESCO. The Portuguese first built this fort long ago.
